Challenge
A static site is fast and free to host, but a contact form needs somewhere to send requests. Email forms get lost in spam folders, and a separate CRM or form service adds cost before there are any leads.
Approach
The brief form asks for the service, budget, timeline and the expected result. A Cloudflare Pages Function validates the input, checks a honeypot field and the request origin, can verify Cloudflare Turnstile, and sends a formatted message to Telegram through the Bot API. The bot token lives only in encrypted Cloudflare secrets; the bot answers to one chat ID and ignores everything else.
Details
- Structured qualification fields instead of a single “message” box
- Clear sending state and confirmation on the page
- Fallback when delivery fails: a prefilled email or a copied text opened in Telegram
- Runs within the free tiers of Cloudflare and Telegram
Result
Requests reach the owner in Telegram within seconds, with the context needed to reply with a concrete next step. The same pattern fits any CRM or automation project.
